Property management websites for New Zealand agencies
A property management website from us is $499 for a logo and one page, or $1,199 for up to five pages with separate paths for landlords and tenants.
The public site explains the suburbs you cover and how to get in touch. A live feed from Palace or PropertyMe, and owner logins, are Custom.
What you get
Built for property managers.
Same fixed packages, shaped to how your customers buy.
Two audiences
Landlords and tenants get their own pages on Growth, so neither has to read the other's pitch.
Suburbs, named
The areas you actually manage, written out, matching the Google Business Profile.
Enquiry, not a portal
A form to your inbox. Owner logins and listing feeds are Custom.
Logo included
A mark and colours with the site, so the board and the page look like one office.
You own it
Files on handover. No monthly fee to us.
How the work actually runs
Scope, price, and what you send.
Landlords and tenants are two visits, not one brochure
An owner wants the inspection cycle, what you fix before you ask, and the suburbs in the portfolio. A tenant wants to report a leak and know who answers. Putting both jobs on one scrolling slogan page makes each of them hunt. Growth is the usual fit: up to five pages, so landlords, tenants, and about can each have a photograph of the actual work.
Starter at $499 is one page when the agency is new and the message is short: suburbs, a phone, and an enquiry. Name the suburbs you manage. “Auckland” is not a list. Grey Lynn, Kingsland, and Mt Eden is a list. The sample layout shows that split with a made-up company, Linden & Co. It is not a client.
What the fixed tiers do not include
Rent-roll software, a tenant application that writes into Palace or PropertyMe, and a login where owners download statements are real products. They are also a different job from a public website. We quote them as Custom after a short brief. We will not fold them into $499 and discover the integration later.
What is included is the same as any other business. Starter: logo mark, one mobile page, a form, a map, on-page titles, files on handover, 5–7 business days. Growth: a fuller logo, up to five pages, Google Business Profile setup, 10–14 business days. Half to start. You own the files. The package guide is the line-by-line version.
Photographs of houses, not a skyline
The page should show a house you look after and the person who does the inspection. A stock photo of a glass tower does not tell an owner in a villa suburb anything useful. You supply the photos. We do not invent a portfolio.
If you do not have photos yet, launch with one real exterior and the team, and add repairs as you photograph them. See the other sample layouts for an importer and a studio, and the small business page for the same prices applied to any other trade.
FAQ
Common questions
- How much does a property management website cost in NZ?
- Starter is $499 for a logo and one page. Growth is $1,199 for up to five pages, which is the usual fit when landlords and tenants need separate paths. Listing portals and owner logins are Custom.
- Can you connect Palace or PropertyMe?
- Not inside the fixed tiers. A feed of listings or an owner login is quoted as Custom after we see what the software allows.
- Do you only build sites for trades and cafés?
- No. Property managers, importers, clinics, shops, and trades use the same two prices. The trade, café, and salon pages exist because those searches are different, not because other businesses are turned away.
